Refund Policy

We want you to love your Greenie pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Any shipping fees you originally paid (for example, a Standard or Express upgrade) are non-refundable, except where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. How to Return

  1. Email help@greeniegnt.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions (and a prepaid label for defective or wrong items).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please keep your tracking number.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

For a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. (See also our Shipping Policy.)
