Sizing & Fit
Do your clothes fit true to size?
Yes — Greenie is designed for an athletic, true-to-size fit with enough room for a full swing. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel or down for a closer cut. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements. The easiest way: measure a similar piece you already own, then match it to the chart. Still unsure? Email help@greeniegnt.com.
What if it doesn't fit?
You can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Fastest swap: return the original and place a new order.
Will they shrink?
Our nylon-blend fabrics resist shrinking. Machine wash cold and air dry to keep the fit perfect (high heat is the main cause of shrinkage).
Fabric & Performance
What are your clothes made of?
Most Greenie pieces are a high-performance nylon + spandex blend. Nylon gives a smooth, durable, quick-drying hand-feel; spandex adds 4-way stretch and shape recovery. (Exact composition is on each product page.)
Are your clothes sun-protective?
Yes — built for hours outdoors. Our performance fabrics are engineered to help shield your skin from the sun, so you stay covered through a full round. For all-day protection on exposed skin, we still recommend sunscreen.
Will the sun protection wash out over time?
No. The UV protection comes from the tightly-knit fabric structure — not a coating that rinses away — so it lasts the life of the garment with proper care (cold wash, no bleach, air dry).
Are the fabrics quick-dry and moisture-wicking?
Yes. The nylon blend pulls sweat away and dries fast, so you stay cool and dry from the first tee to the 18th.
Are they stretchy enough for a full swing?
Yes — the spandex delivers 4-way stretch with excellent recovery, so no pulling through your swing and the piece keeps its shape.
Care & Washing
How should I wash my Greenie pieces?
Machine wash cold (≤30°C) on gentle with mild detergent. Turn inside-out, wash with like colors. No bleach, no fabric softener (softener reduces wicking and sun protection).
How do I keep the sun protection & quick-dry working?
Air dry or tumble dry low. Avoid high heat (it can damage stretch fibers), don't iron hot and don't dry-clean. Cold wash + air dry keeps UPF, stretch and color like new.
Why no fabric softener?
It leaves a film on technical fibers that blocks moisture-wicking and can reduce sun protection. Skip it to keep pieces quick-drying and protective longer.
Shipping
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to the US, UK, Canada and Australia (email first for elsewhere). Processed in 1–2 business days, then: Free 12–21 business days (free, no minimum), Standard 8–12 (US$10), Express DHL 5–8 (US$30). Tracking is emailed when it ships.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders to the UK, Canada and Australia may be subject to import duties/taxes set by your customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility, collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging, plus your order number. Final-sale/discounted, hygiene items (socks, base layers), custom items and gift cards can't be returned.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email help@greeniegnt.com with your order number, item(s) and reason. We'll send instructions (prepaid label for defective/wrong/damaged). For a different size/color, return the original and reorder. Return shipping is on us for defective/wrong; on the buyer for change-of-mind/size/color.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days), we refund your original payment. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days. Original shipping upgrades are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Orders & Contact
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email help@greeniegnt.com within 12 hours of placing your order to change the address or cancel. Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships, or use the Track Order page. No movement for 7+ business days? Email us.
